What is a session like?
Your session is in a relaxing, private room. Keeping comfortable clothing and socks on, a LaVida representative will help to secure the suit around you in the proper position. Once the machine is turned on, you will feel consecutive pressure moving throughout the suit. Your rep will return once your 20 minute session is complete. You are encouraged to stay very hydrated after your treatment to help the body eliminate the toxins released by the treatment.

How many sessions will I need?
You can get these sessions twice a week if you are working on a specific issue or as advised by your doctor. When you are at your optimum level, you may want to continue once a week or even month to maintain this level.
How often can I receive treatments?
As long as you remain hydrated, you can do this treatment up to twice a week as needed.
When will I see results and how long will they last?
Results vary based on the individual as well as your hydration and activity level. Most feel results immediately with better sleep and circulation. After several sessions, you may notice decreased cellulite and smoother skin as well.
